    EUROPE,  MALTA,  MEDITERRANEAN SEA

Malta: the island full of life, history and cultures in the Mediterranean Sea.

Malta Let’s start with a bit of geography of Malta. Malta is a Southern European Island Country consisting of an archipelago in the Mediterranean Sea. It’s very close to Italy (Sicily) and Africa (Tunisia). Because of that, the climate is very mild and sunny. It has 300 days of sun per year. Therefore you can visit it without thinking about the season. The archipelago of Malta consists of three major islands: Malta (of course), Gozo and Comino. Unfortunately I didn’t have so much time to visit all but only Malta Island. Malta has two official languages which are Maltese and English. However, the Italian language is also spoken from more…

Frankfurt: portrait of the smallest metropolis in the world.

The Old Frankfurt city center Frankfurt is the most international city in Germany and the largest financial centre on the continent. Because it has been a trading centre for centuries, the atmosphere here is hospitable. In fact, different cultures co-lives so peacefully. Most of the people living in Frankfurt are not German and this is why you will probably find a restaurant who serves your favorite food or people speaking your language. Frankfurt can be visited for tourism or for business reason: in any case, you should take your time to discover a little of this hidden gem. Me myself didn’t know how beautiful city is and that it is also…

Krakow: one of the most fascinating medieval cities in Europe

The top things to see in Krakow Old Town As I have already said, Krakow is one of the most fascinating medieval cities in Europe and the fact that escaped World War II destruction surprised me a lot. In fact, there are not so many cases. First, what I like most are its soaring Gothic church spires and cobblestone streets.  Second, its Old Town heart is attested by UNESCO so there is no need to say that it’s very beautiful.  I visited this town in December, it was cold outside but there were lots of Christmas markets, perfect for tasting some local food.  Different monuments in Krakow Old Town St Mary’s Basilica…

Weekend guide to Puglia exploring Itria Valley.

More about Itria Valley in Puglia  Between the Ionian and Adriatic coasts of Puglia rises the great limestone plateau of the Murgia (473m). At the center of the Murgia lies the idyllic and fairytale Itria Valley. The landscape here is so particular: dry-stone walls, vineyards, almond and olive groves, winding country lanes.  This is the part of Puglia most visited by foreign but also Italian tourists.  Four cities to visit in this zone of Puglia Each one has its own charm because they are all beautiful but different. You can choose your favorite: I wasn’t able to! Alberobello You’ll spot that Trulli houses are scattered all around this region, but Alberobello is…

    BUDAPEST,  CHARMING,  CITY,  EUROPE,  HUNGARY

My two days in Budapest: the combination of Buda and Pest.

The city of Budapest I’m honest, Budapest wasn’t on my bucketlist.  I don’t know why, maybe for the coldness or maybe because Eastern European countries never  appeal me. Anyway, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Kempinsky Hotel Corvinus and I can’t refuse it but know I prefer to tell you about the city and later about the hotel. Just arrived, Budapest shows itself foggy and cold as I thought it was but when I reached out the center these negative sensation turned into positive because the fog rising from the Danubio river and the imposing and luminous palaces overlooking it make everything so charming. As soon as I left the luggages,…

Diversity in unity in Prague quarters and districts.

Arrival in Prague We were very excited about the idea to visit the capital of Prague in November. We were hosted at The Emblem hotel, located in the very center of the city. It offers 59 rooms, a lounge space to chill out, a restaurant, a bar and a Spa. The M Spa is located on the last floor of the building and has a rooftop terrace with a private jacuzzi. It’s the perfect spot for enjoying a view of the city, in particular during the golden hour, or escaping from the traffic of the urban center and re-equilibrate yourself. Anyway, the city center is full of tourists but not so…

Autumn in a modern and multicultural Stockholm.

Arrival As everyplace in the North Europe I would like to visit, even Stockholm I thought to visit in the summer but I have the opportunity to come in autumn. Below you will find why. By the way, during the flight my thought went to the coldness I was coming to feel as soon as I arrive in the city. But when I first arrived there, every doubts began to go far away. Obviously I felt the cold temperature but everything was worth it. I arrived at night in Skavsta Airport and then I took a bus in order to reach the city. I used Flygbussarna, it was very easy…

Copenaghen: the city of bikes, islands and canals.

We all know that the marvelous city of Copenaghen is well-known for its endless bicycle lanes, its Hygge concept, its order and punctuality of the means of transport and the calmness that you feel while driving the bike. Anyway, as long as you do not live it, you will never realize it. Day One My visit begins with the invitation of VisitDenmark (The official Tourism Organization of Denmark) to appreciate this wonderful country and the city of Copenaghen, which I consider as the crossroads between continental Europe and the cold Scandinavian peninsula. Very rare but the first thing that amazes me is the proximity of the airport, which is just 10…
