Paris, the most instagrammable things to see and visit.

    July 18, 2018

Whenever you are in Paris for a weekend or for an entire week it’s difficult to choose what to see and do in the French Capital. As most of you probably already know, I love to find out the most Instagrammable places or views. So in this article I’ll try to make a list of the ones I’ve chosen. Montmartre is the most charming quartier in Paris I think. In fact, in here you will find a lot of small cafés and bohemian architectural buildings. I love also the narrow cobbled streets full of sculptures, history and art of this zone. First of all, you will be enchanted by the…

48 hours in two pretty Germany cities: Cologne and Münster

    June 27, 2018

Cologne I’ve always wanted to visit these two Germany cities: Cologne and Münster. The first is the oldest city in German and has so many things to see and visit. First of all, the Old Town. During the World War II, most of the city area was destroyed and has to be rebuilt quite completely. The Hohenzollern Bridge is a bridge that crossing the river Rhine. Originally, the bridge was both a railway and road bridge. Anyway, after its destruction in 1945 and its consequently reconstruction, it was only accessible to rail and pedestrian traffic. the view from here is so stunning. Great point for the photographer.  The Rhine panorama with the…

Summer is the most popular season for visiting some Mediterranean island destinations. Destinations that combine sun, sea and sand with some amazing landscape visuals. Santorini and the rest of the Cyclades promise the visitor some truly phenomenal moments, whether they are traveling as a couple, as a family or as a group of friends. Of course, Greece is a summer classic, yet, you will be surprised to find out that Croatia has its fair share of islands that are also suitable to provide some wonderful holidays.    Greek islands for Summer Let’s begin with of…

Burano, the colorful Island: a paradise for the photographers.

    May 30, 2018

Burano The island of Burano is considered the home of the Venetian lace and it’s very famous due to its colored buildings. The boat to reach it from Venice takes only 40 minutes and it always don’t seem to be so long because the view is quite interesting. If you have heard about Burano, the one thing you will have taken away is the vibrancy of its buildings. Fuchsia, Yellow, Green, Blue houses are located along the canal and cobbled streets. In fact, the reason for that are not only aesthetic: the fishermen used to color in this way the buildings in order to recognize their home while coming back…

Alsace: the itinerary of villages and cities that must be absolutely visited.

    April 22, 2018

Alsace Region Alsace is a cultural and historical region in eastern France, very near to Germany and Switzerland. The architecture here consists of houses constructed with walls in timber framing and cob and roofing in flat tiles. This particular construction is famous in Germany and other regions of France. Regarding the cuisine, we can say that is marked by the use of porks in various forms. It’s also famous for the wines and the beers. Furthermore, each year it attracts many tourists for its picturesque villages, churches and castles and for the various beauties of its three main towns, in spite of severe destructions suffered throughout five centuries of wars…

Itinerary of Krk: what to see in this pretty Croatian Island.

    April 10, 2018

Krk Island and its cities Me and my girlfriend decided to pass this Easter with some friends in Krk, a beautiful Croatian Island. It’s not so far from Italy. In fact,  driving along the coast and passing by a mile long bridge, we reached the island of Krk. It’s located in the northern Adriatic Sea and it’s famous because of its mild climate, its geographical position, its natural and cultural beauty. The beaches here are already wild and untouched (well, most of them). Therefore I hope you can visit it as soon as possible, at least before this could change. Not all of you know that this is the largest…

What to see around Lake Garda in a two-days road trip.

    April 4, 2018

A bit of Lake Garda As most of you probably already know, Lake Garda is the largest in Italy. Because of its mild climate, the flourishing vegetation and the luminous landscapes it could be also considered the most charming lake too. Nevertheless, all the historical remains scattered all over the zone make the sceneries even more beautiful and interesting. The regions wet by its water are three: Veneto, Lombardia and Trentino Alto Adige. For the sport lovers, sailing and windsurfing make Garda famous all around the world. Anyway, there are plenty of activities you can do: horse riding, golf, mountain biking, kite surfing, canyoning, trekking and climbing. Least but not…

Krakow: one of the most fascinating medieval cities in Europe

    January 4, 2018

The top things to see in Krakow Old Town As I have already said, Krakow is one of the most fascinating medieval cities in Europe and the fact that escaped World War II destruction surprised me a lot. In fact, there are not so many cases. First, what I like most are its soaring Gothic church spires and cobblestone streets.  Second, its Old Town heart is attested by UNESCO so there is no need to say that it’s very beautiful.  I visited this town in December, it was cold outside but there were lots of Christmas markets, perfect for tasting some local food.  Different monuments in Krakow Old Town St Mary’s Basilica…

Cuba: a timeless travel in this amazing Caribbean Island.

    August 23, 2017

You probably already know that traveling to Havana is like traveling back in time: the weathered buildings, the old classic cars and the rich history standing out as top lures on your visit to Cuba. When we arrived in Cuba, we first visited the city of Havana, the capital of this Caribbean Island. Everything seems to be stopped in 1950s: the cars, the buildings, the streets and much more. One thing I have recommended myself to do is to have a ride on this particular vehicle, and I did it! Listening to the latin music they have with the wind and the sea breeze blowing in the hair have no…
